• Payment Information: Transaction ID, amount paid, payment method type. We do not store card numbers or UPI PINs — all payments are processed by Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified).
• Usage Data: Apps built, prompts entered, features used, session duration
• Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referral URL
• Communications: Support tickets, emails, feedback you send us

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the PayPe Technologies platform
• To process payments and issue GST-compliant invoices
• To send transactional emails (receipts, credit confirmations, service alerts)
• To respond to support requests and resolve disputes
• To detect fraud, abuse, and security threats
• To comply with legal obligations under Indian law

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Razorpay Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. — for payment processing
• Anthropic, PBC — AI prompts are processed to generate apps (no personal data in prompts is stored by Anthropic per their data processing agreement)
• Cloud Infrastructure Providers — for hosting and storage
• Legal Authorities — when required by Indian law or court order

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, plus 3 years for accounting and legal compliance. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required under Indian tax law.

• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for session management and authentication. We use analytics cookies (anonymised) to understand platform usage. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Grievance Officer

Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PayPe Technologies, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Indian law, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Services

PayPe Technologies provides an AI-powered application builder platform ("Service") that allows users to generate, preview, save, and export web applications using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided on a credit-based subscription model.

3. Credits & Payments

• Credits are purchased in advance and consumed upon each AI app build (1 credit per build)
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. PayPe Technologies does not store payment card details
• Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated at time of purchase
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• GST invoices are issued for all purchases upon request

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate applications that violate any applicable Indian or international laws
• Create malicious, harmful, or deceptive software
• Infringe intellectual property rights of any third party
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's AI infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the application code generated for you through the Service. PayPe Technologies retains ownership of the platform, AI models, branding, and infrastructure. You grant us a limited licence to process your prompts to deliver the Service.

6. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for Enterprise plans. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability for Starter or Pro plans. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced 24 hours in advance where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, PayPe Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. You may terminate your account at any time by emailing itsupport@paype.co.in. Unused credits at termination are subject to our Refund Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Credit Purchases

Credits purchased on the PayPe Technologies platform are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

• Refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase
• Fewer than 5 credits have been consumed from the purchased bundle
• The request is submitted via email to admin@paype.co.in with your order/payment ID

2. Subscription Plans

• Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period
• Annual plan subscribers may request a pro-rata refund within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 10 builds have been used

3. Technical Failures

If credits are deducted due to a confirmed platform error or technical failure on our end (e.g., a build fails due to server error), those credits will be fully restored to your account within 48 hours. To report a technical failure, email itsupport@paype.co.in with details.

4. Promotional & Discounted Purchases

Credits purchased during promotional or discounted sale periods (such as limited-time 50% off offers) are eligible for refunds under the same 7-day / 5-credit policy stated above. The refund amount will be the discounted price actually paid, not the original price.

5. How to Request a Refund

• Email admin@paype.co.in
• Subject line: Refund Request – [Your Registered Email]
• Include: Order/Payment ID, date of purchase, reason for refund
• We will respond within 3 business days
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

6. Non-Refundable Items

• Credits already consumed (used for app builds)
• Custom enterprise setup fees
• Purchases older than 7 days (unless due to platform error)
• Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended. We encourage you to reach out to us first — we are committed to resolving all genuine issues fairly and promptly.
